Privacy notice
Last updated: October 2026
ScoreReady is a trading name of Louw Trading ("we", "us"). This notice explains how we handle personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, company, email address and phone number.
- Information you send to build your profile: project lists, CVs and qualifications of key personnel, registration and compliance certificates, photos and similar documents.
- Payment records needed for invoicing and tax.
This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics.
Why we use it
- To quote, write and design your company profile and tender documents.
- To reply to your enquiries and keep you updated on your order.
- To invoice you and meet our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We only email you about our services if you are a client or have agreed to hear from us, and every such email lets you opt out.
Your staff's information
When you send us CVs or details of your employees, you confirm that you are allowed to share them for your tender submissions. We use them only to prepare your documents.
Who we share it with
Only service providers we need to run the business, such as our email and file-storage providers and our accountant. Some of these providers store data outside South Africa, with protections in place as POPIA requires.
How long we keep it
We keep your project files for up to 24 months after your last order so we can update your profile, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Financial records are kept for the period the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to us using it. Email hello@scoreready.co.za. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
